Floridays Resort Orlando has won the 2011 CMUS "Talk of the Town Award for Excellence" in Customer Satisfaction, under the proud guidance of Paramount Hospitality Management.

To determine 2011 award recipients, Celebration Media's dedicated team of researchers spent more than 6,000 hours analyzing customer experiences and rating each company using its star rating system, CMUS Power Ratings™. Only those businesses with enough positive feedback, scores, awards and accolades to reach a 4-star to 5-star rating will win the award.
Ratings are calculated based on consumer-review websites and blogs, social networks, business rating services and other award information to determine the top companies across the country.
Not only does Floridays consistently rank #1 on TripAdvisor of 338 hotels in Orlando (for the past 15 weeks), but it routinely receives top kudos on a variety of blogs, travel review sites, social media and direct customer feedback surveys.
