Corporate Director of eCommerce & Marketing
Kristina Turner is an executive-level marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and more than 10 years of experience in advertising, public relations, SEO, SEM, email, social media, web development, and analytics. She joined the Paramount Hospitality Management™ (PHM) team in January 2019 and leads the eCommerce & Marketing team to focus on direct bookings and user experience, as well as utilizing all channels of digital marketing to increase brand awareness. Kristina works directly with the revenue management team to generate promotions and activate campaigns to increase occupancy and ADR during distressed periods.
Previously, Kristina worked as Area Director of Marketing supporting multiple resorts in the Orlando area and prior to that had been with Hilton Worldwide for 18 1/2 years. Her role with Hilton was Regional Director of eCommerce where she and her team of 16 people supported over 600 hotels in the Southeast & Latin America/Caribbean markets. Her last marketing team won a Silver Adrian Award in 2018 for their "Look to Book" direct bookings initiative.
