Before the establishment of Paramount Hospitality™, Marco Manzie, one of the founders of Vacation Break Management, led the company as its President and was responsible for the growth, acquisition, and operations of a variety of domestic and international properties. That publicly held company was sold on the NASDAQ to Fairfield Communities, later acquired by Cendant Corp., which became Wyndham Vacation Club Resorts. You will also see examples of properties that some of our current Paramount management team managed during their time on Vacation Break.  Whether from the ground up or renovated, they were worked with great success.
